Fight Club Worcestershire:
Annual General Meeting

Dear Member,

We hope you will be able to attend our 10th Annual General Meeting this year, which will be held at Kidderminster Scout Hall 7.30pm on the 27th of September We have been assured that this year the Women's Macramé group will definitely have vacated the hall by 7pm.

The past year has been very successful for Fight Club (Worcestershire) with some very well attended events such as The Robert Paulson Memorial Beetle Drive and the annual bring and buy sale. Funds raised have gone towards providing refreshments and the rental of the basement at Nandos.

At the AGM we will be voting on several issues, key to the future success of Fight Club:

1) Amendment to Rule 1 to give provision for being able to talk about Fight Club under certain circumstances. (Legal/spousal pressure or club promotion).

2) Amendment to Rule 2 to give provision for being able to talk about Fight Club under certain circumstances. (Legal/spousal pressure or club promotion).

3) General amendment to allow the registration of female members.

4) General amendment to eliminate all forms of violence from weekly meetings and the introduction of alternative activities such as Pilates and Wine Appreciation.

5) Addition of rule to cover non-payment of club fees. If fees are not paid, members will not be allowed to help themselves to refreshments (including sandwiches!).
